Refund & Cancellation Policy for Aqua Thrill Goa

At Aqua Thrill Goa, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations. Please read the details carefully before making any bookings.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Activities
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: If a customer does not show up for the activity, no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the activity.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Tour Packages
- Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 15 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: If a customer does not show up for the tour, no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling Requests: Subject to availability and applicable fees.
3. General Refund Terms
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
- Aqua Thrill Goa reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative option.
4. Force Majeure Policy
In case of extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or reschedule activities/tours. Customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
