1. Activities Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer:
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the activity date.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the activity date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity date or in case of no-show.
- Cancellation by Aqua Thrill Goa:
- Full refund if the activity is canceled by Aqua Thrill Goa due to weather, technical issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. Hotels & Goa Tour Packages Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer:
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in or tour start date.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the check-in or tour start date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in or tour start date.
- Hotel-Specific Policies:
- Refund and cancellation terms for hotels are subject to the respective hotel’s policy.
- Guests must confirm the hotel’s specific cancellation and refund policies before booking.

- All refunds for activities and packages will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Hotel refunds may take additional time depending on the individual hotel’s processing.
