Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity, fairness, and trust for all customers. Whether you’re booking a water sport, cruise ride, or tour package, please read the terms below carefully before confirming.

1. General Return Conditions

  • We accept returns (i.e., cancellations) for both defective and non-defective bookings if unused.
  • No exchanges are allowed once a booking is confirmed.
  • Booking must be unused and within the allowed cancellation window to qualify for a refund.
  • All returns are processed via digital communication (WhatsApp/email).

2. Cancellation Windows by Product Type

Water Sports & Activities:

  • Full refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before activity.
  • 50% refund: Cancel within 12–24 hours.
  • No refund: Within 12 hours or in case of no-show.
  • Full refund: If cancelled by our team due to bad weather/safety issues.

Cruise Rides:

  • Full refund: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
  • 25% fee: Cancel within 24–48 hours.
  • No refund: Cancel under 24 hours or for no-show.
  • Rain/storm: Full refund or reschedule option offered.

Tour Packages:

  • Full refund: Cancel 72+ hours before start date.
  • 50% refund: Cancel within 48–72 hours.
  • No refund: Cancel under 48 hours.

Transport Services:

  • Full refund: Cancel 12+ hours before scheduled pickup.
  • No refund: Cancel under 12 hours or if driver has arrived.

3. Third-party Tickets (Flight/Train/Bus)

  • Subject to respective airline/operator refund policies.
  • Aqua Thrill Goa service charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds usually processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refer to official provider websites (e.g., IRCTC for train bookings).

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds processed to original payment method (UPI, bank, card).
  • Processing time: Within 7 working days after approval.
  • Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS once processed.
