Disclaimer — Aqua Thrill Goa

Adventure activities and tours offered by Aqua Thrill Goa are conducted in accordance with Goa Tourism Department guidelines and safety regulations. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General Safety & Responsibility

Participation in water sports and adventure activities is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Aqua Thrill Goa ensures activities are carried out with licensed operators, trained professionals, and safety equipment.
However, Aqua Thrill Goa will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings due to negligence, non-compliance with instructions, or personal health conditions.

2. Age Restrictions (as per Goa Government Guidelines)

Scuba Diving: Minimum age 12 years. Participants below 18 years require parental/guardian consent.
Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Ride, Bumper Ride, Speed Boat Ride: Minimum age 10 years. Children below 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Kayaking, Snorkeling, and other mild activities: Minimum age 8 years.
Local Sightseeing & Taxi Services: No age restriction, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

👉 Customers are responsible for ensuring they (and their children, if applicable) meet the age requirements before booking.

3. Health & Fitness Requirements

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or severe medical conditions are not allowed to participate in high-adventure activities (scuba diving, parasailing, jet ski, etc.).
Customers must declare their medical condition honestly before participation.
Participants must be physically fit and able to swim (for water-based activities where swimming is mandatory).

4. Weather & Operational Risks

All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions.
In case of bad weather, activities may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. Refunds/reschedules will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Personal Responsibility

Customers must follow all instructions provided by guides, instructors, and operators.
Life jackets, helmets, and other safety gear provided must be worn at all times during the activity.
Alcohol or drug consumption before or during activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Operators

Some services (hotels, taxis, water sports) may be provided by licensed third-party vendors. Aqua Thrill Goa is not responsible for their independent policies or actions.

7. Acceptance of Risk

By booking with Aqua Thrill Goa, you acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks and agree that participation is entirely at your own risk. Aqua Thrill Goa, its partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage beyond the scope of operational safety.
