• A booking is confirmed only after Aqua Thrill Goa or the relevant service provider confirms it through website order, WhatsApp, phone, email or payment confirmation.
• Customers must share correct name, phone number, travel date, activity date, guest count, hotel location and service requirement.
• Wrong details may cause delay, missed pickup, wrong booking, reporting confusion or cancellation without refund.
• Package inclusions, exclusions, timing and pickup details should be checked before confirming the booking.
• Booking availability can change until final confirmation is issued.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for reading package details, reaching on time, following safety instructions, sharing correct information and checking activity suitability before booking.

• Reach reporting point, jetty, beach counter or pickup location on time.
• Carry valid ID, required documents or tickets when needed.
• Follow the rules of activity operators, cruise providers, taxi drivers, hotel partners and local teams.

• Guests with heart issues, pregnancy, recent surgery, serious medical conditions or extreme fear should avoid high-risk activities.

• Aqua Thrill Goa is not responsible if a guest hides medical conditions or ignores safety rules.

Weather, traffic and operational changes

Goa activities and tours may be affected by weather, wind, sea condition, visibility, traffic, crowd, government restrictions, road closures, operator decisions and safety permissions.

Timings, routes, pickup schedules, activity order, cruise boarding, sightseeing stops and package flow may change due to practical conditions on the travel date.

Aqua Thrill Goa may coordinate with third-party water sports operators, scuba teams, cruise providers, taxi partners, hotel partners, sightseeing vendors, activity operators and local service providers.

Final service execution, equipment handling, vehicle operation, hotel room allocation, cruise boarding, route planning and activity rules may be managed by the relevant service provider.

Customers must follow the terms, rules and safety instructions of the service provider at the activity or travel location.

Cancellation and refund terms

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service type, cancellation time, booking status, operator policy, payment status and service conditions.
