Terms & Conditions — Aqua Thrill Goa

Welcome to Aqua Thrill Goa. By booking a tour, water sport, hotel, taxi, or adventure package with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and you receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp from us.
  • Please provide accurate details (name, contact, date, number of participants). Incorrect details may lead to cancellation without refund.

2. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is available on our website.
  • Customers are advised to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any booking.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • Customers must report on time at the designated meeting point. Delays may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in activities.
  • Customers must follow instructions provided by guides/instructors. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.

5. Risks & Safety Disclaimer

  • Adventure activities like water sports, parasailing, jet skiing, and scuba diving involve risks.
  • Aqua Thrill Goa takes all necessary safety measures but will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, or medical emergencies that occur due to negligence, personal health conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Changes by Aqua Thrill Goa

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  • If significant changes are made, customers will be informed at the earliest and offered alternatives or refunds (as per Refund & Cancellation Policy).

How We Operate
All bookings and customer interactions are handled online. Our previous physical office location has been closed due to operational changes, and Aqua Thrill Goa now operates entirely online to serve customers efficiently across Goa.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Aqua Thrill Goa and cannot be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
