1. How do I book a tour or activity?
You can book tours, water sports, taxis, and packages directly through our website. Select your preferred activity, choose the date, number of participants, and proceed with payment via Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
2. What payment options are available?
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets. Payments are secure, and your card or banking details are never stored on our servers.
3. Are there age restrictions for activities?
Yes, as per Goa Government guidelines:
- Scuba Diving: Minimum 12 years (under 18 requires parental consent)
- Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Ride, Speed Boat Ride: Minimum 10 years (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
- Kayaking, Snorkeling, other mild activities: Minimum 8 years
- Local sightseeing & taxi services: No age restriction, but children must be accompanied by an adult
4. Are there any health or fitness requirements?
- Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, or recent surgeries should not participate in high-adventure activities.
- Participants must be physically fit and able to follow safety instructions.
- Customers must disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Local activities & taxis: Full refund if canceled 72 hours in advance; 50% refund within 72–24 hours; no refund within 24 hours or no-shows.
- Hotel bookings: Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Please read the hotel policy before booking.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. What if the activity is canceled due to weather or safety?
If we cancel an activity due to weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons, you will receive either a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
7. What should I bring or carry?
- Swimwear, towels, sunscreen, water, and personal belongings in a waterproof bag.
- Safety gear such as life jackets and helmets will be provided for each activity and must be worn.
- Alcohol or drugs before or during activities are strictly prohibited.
8. Can I reschedule my booking?
- Rescheduling requests for tours or activities must be made 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling depends on availability of slots.
