Policy overview

Aqua Thrill Goa provides Goa tourism and adventure activity booking support for water sports, scuba diving, dinner cruises, sightseeing tours, taxi service, Dudhsagar trips, bungee jumping and custom Goa tour packages.

Many services are date-based, slot-based, weather-based or operated through third-party service providers. Because of this, refund and cancellation decisions depend on booking type, cancellation time, operator rules, season, weather, payment status and service confirmation.

For Local Activities — Water Sports, Scuba Diving, Dinner Cruise, Sightseeing, Taxi & Adventure Activities

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before activity: Full Refund (100%)
• Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before activity: 50% Refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before activity: No Refund

These rules apply to all local activities including water sports (parasailing, jet ski, banana ride, bumper ride, speed boat), scuba diving (Grand Island), dinner cruise, adventure boat party, bungee jumping, Dudhsagar waterfall trips, sightseeing tours and taxi services.

For Goa Tour Packages (Couples, Honeymoon, Family, Group & Corporate Packages)

• Cancellation 15 days or more before package start date: Full Refund (100%)
• Cancellation less than 15 days before package start date: No Refund

Goa tour packages may include hotel accommodation, taxi service, sightseeing tours, activities, cruises and meals. Cancellation rules apply to the entire package value.

Advance Payment — Booking Confirmation

If a booking is confirmed by paying only an advance payment (partial payment), the advance amount is non-refundable when the customer cancels or fails to complete the booking. This customer-cancellation rule does not apply when Aqua Thrill Goa or the operator cancels the booking, including cancellation due to weather. In those cases, the full amount paid, including any ₹200 advance or other partial payment, will be refunded if the customer does not choose to reschedule.

This applies to all bookings — water sports, scuba diving, cruises, sightseeing, taxi services, adventure activities and tour packages — where only an advance payment has been made to confirm the booking.

Cancellation by Aqua Thrill Goa, Operator or Weather

If Aqua Thrill Goa, the activity operator, cruise provider, transport vendor, hotel partner or any service provider cancels the booking due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government permissions, safety issues, traffic, operational challenges, Act of God, natural calamities, or any other unavoidable reason, the customer will receive a Full Refund of the amount paid.

In such cases, if the customer does not wish to reschedule and requests a cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded, including any ₹200 advance or other partial payment. Rescheduling is also offered as an alternative option.

Weather and safety-related changes

Water sports, scuba diving, boat parties, cruises, bungee jumping, Dudhsagar trips and outdoor tours may depend on weather, wind, sea condition, visibility, safety approvals and government permissions.

If an activity is stopped for safety reasons, Aqua Thrill Goa may help with rescheduling, alternative activity options or full refund as per the operator rules and our policy.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on payment method, bank, UPI, payment gateway or internal verification. Usually, refunds may take a few working days after approval.

Customers should share correct payment reference, booking details and contact information when requesting refund support.

Non-refundable situations

• Customer does not arrive for activity, pickup, reporting point or boarding.
• Customer arrives late and misses the service slot.
• Customer gives wrong date, wrong guest count, wrong pickup location or incorrect contact details.
• Customer refuses to follow safety instructions or operator rules.
• Customer is medically unfit or not eligible for the activity after reaching the location.
• Service is partially used or already started.
• Cancellation is made after the applicable cutoff time (less than 24 hours for activities, less than 15 days for packages).
• Customer cancellation of a booking confirmed with advance payment only — the advance is non-refundable. If Aqua Thrill Goa or the operator cancels, including due to weather, the full amount paid including the advance is refundable.

Returns policy

Aqua Thrill Goa mainly provides travel services, tours, experiences and activity bookings. Since these are service-based bookings, physical product returns generally do not apply.

If any physical item, ticket, coupon, voucher or booking pass is issued, it may be valid only for the confirmed date, activity, guest count and service mentioned at the time of booking.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the booking record, service provider policy, cancellation timing and service status.
