Refund & Returns Policy — Aqua Thrill Goa

At Aqua Thrill Goa, we aim to make your experience hassle-free. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for all services booked through our website.
1. Local Tours, Water Sports & Taxi Services
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
- Cancellation within 72–24 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours or No Show: No refund.
- Company-initiated cancellation (due to weather, safety, or operational reasons): Customers may choose either a full refund or a reschedule.
2. Hotel Bookings (as part of Packages)
- Hotel bookings made through Aqua Thrill Goa are subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation and refund policy.
- Aqua Thrill Goa is not responsible for hotel cancellation charges or policies.
- Customers are advised to:
- Read the hotel’s cancellation policy before booking.
- Or request a copy of the policy from Aqua Thrill Goa prior to confirming the booking.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, card, UPI, or wallet).
- Payment gateway charges and service fees are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests for tours or activities should be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability of slots.
- Rescheduling due to company-initiated reasons (weather, operational issues) will be accommodated without extra charges.
5. Returns
- As all services are experiential (tours, water sports, hotel bookings), physical returns are not applicable.
- Refunds or rescheduling are the only recourse in case of cancellations or service disruption.
