Day Wise Itinerary with Timings

Day 1 (Friday): Pune to Goa by AC Sleeper Bus

• 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: AC sleeper bus leaves Pune from the boarding point you choose in the booking box. Exact boarding time is printed on the bus ticket we send you.

• Overnight journey to Goa (about 10 to 11 hours).

Day 2 (Saturday): Goa – Check-in, Water Sports and Dinner Cruise

• 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Arrive at Mapusa New Bus Stand (opposite HP petrol pump), Goa.
• Private taxi from Mapusa bus stand to Rivasa Resort, Calangute.
• Keep your luggage at the hotel and freshen up. Early check-in only if the room is free.
• 1:00 PM: Check-in at Rivasa Resort.
• 3:00 PM: Calangute beach water sports 5 in 1. Reach Calangute beach by walk or by your own transfer.
• Evening: Free time at Calangute beach.
• Night: Dinner cruise party on the Mandovi River (SIC – shared group cruise):
  1. 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM: Pickup from the main road near the hotel
  2. Buffet dinner
  3. 2 standard beverages per guest
  4. DJ music and dance performances
  5. 11:00 PM approx.: Drop back to the hotel

Day 3 (Sunday): Check-out, Dudhsagar Waterfall and Bus to Pune

• 5:30 AM: Check-out with your luggage and AC bus pickup from the main road near the hotel for the Dudhsagar Waterfall trip (SIC – shared group trip). Please travel light, one bag per person.
• Places covered:
  1. Dudhsagar Waterfall jeep safari, 12 km forest and river route
  2. Waterfall swimming time, approx. 45 minutes, with life jackets
  3. Spice plantation visit with Goan local lunch (veg / non-veg)
  4. Old Goa church visit
• 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM: Drop at Mapusa bus stand.
• 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: AC sleeper bus leaves Goa (Mapusa) for Pune.

Day 4 (Monday): Arrive in Pune

• Morning: Arrive in Pune. Trip ends.

Hotel: Rivasa Resort, Calangute

• 3-star resort in Calangute, North Goa. Room type: Standard AC room.
• 1 night stay. 1 Standard AC room for every 2 guests.
• 2 guests get 1 room, 4 guests get 2 rooms, 6 guests get 3 rooms. The bigger the group, the more rooms you get.
• Check-in: 1:00 PM on Day 2. Check-out: early morning on Day 3 for the Dudhsagar trip.

Booking Rules

• Price is ₹9,999 per person. Group size can be 2, 4, 6, 8 … up to 40 guests.
• Minimum age is 18 years. Every guest must carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport).
• Trip runs every weekend: choose the Friday the bus leaves Pune (Day 1). Only Fridays can be booked. Choose your Pune boarding point in the booking box.
• Book at least 7 days before the trip date.
• Bus: AC sleeper bus of a trusted operator. Seats are given as per availability, so all guests of a group may not get seats next to each other.
• Water sports depend on sea and weather conditions. The Dudhsagar trip depends on forest permission, jeep availability and weather.
• Bookings made 30 or more days before travel are confirmed. For travel within 30 days, please check availability first. If the hotel or bus is not available on your date, the booking is cancelled and refunded in 7 to 14 days after deducting the convenience fee.

Is the price per person or per group?

The price is ₹9,999 per person. The total in the booking box is ₹9,999 multiplied by the number of guests.

Can 3 or 5 people book?

No. The trip is booked for 2, 4, 6 … up to 40 guests, because each hotel room is for 2 guests.

Which days does this trip run?

This is a weekend trip. The bus leaves Pune every Friday night and you are back in Pune on Monday morning. Choose the Friday in the booking box.

Which meals are included?

Day 2: dinner on the dinner cruise. Day 3: Goan local lunch at the spice plantation on the Dudhsagar trip. Breakfast and Day 2 lunch are not included.

Where do we keep our luggage on Day 3?

You check out early in the morning and carry your luggage with you on the Dudhsagar trip bus. Please travel light, one bag per person.
